What is TSE?
TSE is the standardized test for non English native students to measure their ability to communicate in English orally. The test taker needs to exhibit their hold on English language with variety of communication methods. What are qualifying TSE Scores?
ETS is the governing body for TSE test. ETS has not defined any set of score to pass or fail the test taker. It is the institution who decides the acceptable TSE scores for them. Hence you can contact score addressee to know how they are evaluating TSE score to get entry into the institution.
How to send TSE scores?
You need to refer the institution or agencies to which you want to send your TSE score. You need to pay fee of US$17 for each ordered report. Your TSE score report will be directly send to the referred institutions by the ETS.

Important
TSE test is discontinued to be taken from 31st March 2010. The TSE score will be valid for two years from the test date. Hence, you can your send TSE score to institutions and agencies if you have already taken the test before 31st March 2010.
