Register GMAT

Before registering for GMAT test, you shall require GMAT Bulletin and GMAT Test Scheduling form in India.

If you are planning to take GMAT test in India, you can register in following ways:

Through Online:

For GMAT Online registration, you have to complete all the details required by on official GMAT registration website.

Keep in mind that the date of birth, name and the address should be exactly same as it is in your ID proofs such as passport, credit cards, school ID card, driving license, military ID card, ID Card of state, national or province provided by the government of your home country.

Note: If you are candidate from China, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan Hong Kong or Singapore than your main ID proof will be your passport.

The payments for GMAT test fee for online applicants are to be made by credit or debit card. You can make payment through VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or JCB® card for GMAT test registration.

Through Fax:

To register GMAT test through fax from India, download and fill the downloadable GMAT application form. Send your completed form through fax in minimum 7 days before the date of test day.

You will be asked the following details:

  • Personal Details like Name, Address, Birth date etc
  • Information of Credit Cards
  • Selecting the date of test
  • Confirmation of the test date

Fax your completed GMAT test application form to below given fax number. Fax lines are opened from Monday to Friday unless there is any public holiday in between.

You can make your fee payments by credit or debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB or American Express Credit Card to register through phone. You can make payment with Visa or Master Debit Card to register through phone

Through Mail/Courier:

Download and fill out complete GMAT application form. Also send a check, or a money order, or credit card information with your form if you are sending your registration through Mail or Courier. Registration form without payment details will be rejected. Mail completed application form at the following address:

Note: Don’t forget that it can take up to eight weeks for letters to reach at USA from some countries.

Important:

To schedule your GMAT test appointment in India through phone/fax/email/courier, you need to get GMAT Application Scheduling Form. You will also require to fill out Country Code List and Site ID numbers for Test Center List.

You need to send documents at least 3 weeks before your choice test day. You shall receive a scheduled appointment to appear for the test at the test center once the documents are received. You will get confirmation of test date, time and location of the scheduled appointment. If you do not receive confirmation before at least three business days of your choice test day, you can call VUE Customer Service Center to confirm your appointment.

The GMAT test applicants should consider valid passport as the valid identification document for Name, Address, Birth date etc. The applicant is not allowed to enter the test center without Valid Passport. However, passport is not required document while registering for GMAT.
