Trends in MBA Career Growth

According to the association of MBA career survey shows unambiguous increase in salary over the time that is acquired by MBA qualified graduates. It is observed that the salary rise immediately once MBA degree comes in your hand. However, the real benefits in terms of salary can be found during the coming years of your career.

According to the survey, the figures says that MBA graduates experience salary increase of 46% immediately after he completes his MBA, 129% of rise in the salary is experienced in the span of 3-5 years after MBA and 208% of salary rise in the span of 6-10 years after MBA. In addition to this, nearly 27% of MBAs are employed at the top positions in corporate and business houses within 10 years after MBA graduation.
