Eligibility Criteria

For most US universities the eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programs is 16 years of undergraduate education. This comprises four years of education after completion of High School/Junior College. Applicant with a 3- year degree from an Indian, Australian or New Zealand university will not be eligible for admission to most MBA programs in US. They would need to have a professional four-year degree like engineering or any such courses.

Most B-Schools in US advise a minimum of two to three years of work experience. Though some US universities accept students without any work experience, preference is usually given to candidates having work experience.

Another major eligibility criterion for getting admissions to MBA institute in US is the GMAT score.

TOEFL scores are also important for admissions to MBA institutes in US.
