Eligibility For GMAT
Anyone can appear for GMAT exam with no restriction of age or qualification. The only required eligibility for GMAT is that a person should be a graduate. The marks which are scored in GMAT are valid for 5 years. Generally, most of the universities accept GMAT score up to five years. However, it is advisable to give the scores which are not more than 2 years later.
GMAT Fees And Payment Mode
The worldwide GMAT fee is $250 US. Some taxes are incurred if you intend to take GMAT in certain countries. Check out the List of Countries in which one has to pay additional tax for GMAT test. There are many forms of payments, but the most preferred mode of payments is as follows:
- Credit Card like Visa, Master Card, American Express, and JCB.
- Debit Card Visa and Master Card only.
- Mailed forms by cashier’s check.
- Mailed forms by Money Orders.
- Mailed forms by Personal Check.
Fees for GMAT should be given in full with correct figures and amount with an appropriate signature made payable to VUE-GMAT. Payment made by check should be payable in US dollars and drawn from the US based banks.
Post dated checks are not allowed. The name and the location of the bank should be mentioned on the face of the check. The appointment date should be minimum 10 days after the check is received allowing your check to get clear. Don’t forget that it takes at-least 8 weeks to reach letters to USA from some of the countries.
While sending the Personal Check, you authorize Pearson VUE to make electronic debit from the account using the information given in the check. Remember that no additional amount is paid while withdrawing the amount. You are authorizing Pearson VUE to make electronic debit from your account of $20 as additional service charge, if you check is returned.
