Application Schedule for International Students
The following is a sample calendar especially for the international student aspiring to study in USA. You can follow this schedule calendar as a guide to schedule your own admission application procedure.
This is the sample calendar for starting up the program in the fall of August-September:

Finalize the course, search the respective college, Register for GMAT, GRE, SAT, TOEFL and others. Take help of Overseas Educational consultants for details of registration for the qualifying test. Above test should be taken in October or November. |
| May-June |
Construct the list of 15 schools and request for the application material. Check other application issues. Visit various website and download the applications forms, broachers. Also check the deadline of application of various universities and plan accordingly. For applying in financial aid, check the deadline of university financial aid. |
| Jul-Nov |
Final the university to apply. Prepare properly and give the test. Gather documents like letter of recommendations, official transcript, statements of banks, and request for additional score report for taking the test. Fill the application forms and finally work on the essay or statement of purpose. |
| Oct-Jan |
Examine your application package for more than one time. Make sure that the form is properly filled; attendants are ready and before mailing your application package review the essay or statement of purpose. |
| Dec-Mar (subsequent year) |
If the university/ college/ school ask for any additional information, respond quickly. |
| Jan-May |
You will receive a hearing from the colleges, if you did not receive it then contact the admission officer. Accept the school’s offer; ask the school for your I-20 form or IAP-64 form and other forms that are mandatory for visa application. For more details, check out various countries’ sections and make proper accommodations arrangements for yourself, Contact your native country’s students for any query. Prepare all the documents for visa. |

Attend pre-departure orientation programs held in your country before apply for visa, make proper travel arrangements, plan in such way that you arrive 15 days prior of orientation (in case of English course, it is of 2 months) for more details on a country and its procedure of visa, check out the sections available for various countries. |
